The Ministry of Home Affairs today issued three notifications regarding the coming into force of these three laws. At the same time, the Center suspended the implementation of Section 106 (2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita Act. The specific provision of this clause is “reckless and negligent use of the vehicle resulting in the death of any person. It is noteworthy that truck drivers had staged a massive protest against this decision.
